About This Coffee

Simbi district, which belongs to the Southern Province of Rwanda, and the surrounding Maraba district, reach an altitude of 1,760 meters and are suitable for coffee cultivation. We take advantage of this environment to produce high-quality, fresh specialty coffee. It has a fruit flavor reminiscent of a rich red wine brewed with fully ripened grapes. Additionally, even when cooled, the pleasant sourness and rich sweetness remain clearer.
