This Honey processed coffee was sourced from the growing region of Copan in Honduras and was produced by Herminio Perdomo at 1,350 meters above sea level. Herminio Perdomo owns Finca Alto de los Santos and grows four different varieties on 18 hectares; Catuai, Caturra, and the hybrid strains of Lempira and IHCAFE 90.
