About This Coffee

This coffee is a single varietal blend from Java plants on both of Luis' farms, Finca la Bendicion and Finca lo Prometido. Java is an Ethiopian landrace varietal that is long and skinny, you'll be able to see the difference when you open the bag. The varietal is known for it's high quality, but it's also highly susceptible to disease which is why you don't see it grown commonly. Luis is an advanced producer who knows how to navigate these risks, he is no stranger to producing exceptional coffees. He won the Cup of Excellence this year, and has had numerous coffees place in the competition over the last 4 years. This coffee is a natural processed coffee that has been dried for over 30 days. It's cleaner than your average natural, with just a wild flavor profile.
