About This Coffee

Among his community of coffee producers in Honduras, Jesus Galeas has been an all-star for years, and we are honored to have his proverbial jersey in our proverbial rafters as we welcome him back to our menu for the fourth straight season ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Valeria is a small parcel located in Intibuca, Honduras, that Jesus inherited from his father when he was 17 years old. He went on to name the farm after his daughter and utilizes its income to fund her education. Though his primary farm is located in Selguapa, a ways east of Intibuca, Jesus hunkers down here for stretches of the harvest, producing a smattering of rare-for-Honduras varieties that undergo both wet and dry processes. We’ve been impressed with his dry/natural Pacamara for years and were happy as clams to learn that he produced a washed rendition this past season in addition to the classic natural. How to describe the washed Pac? How about: a dreamy, bouncy, tropically-tinged delight that feels like ascending to the heavens and then just kinda chillin' out there, enjoying the view?
