In recent years, Oaxaca has become one of our favorite coffee growing regions in the world. The work that our partners at Red Fox Coffee Merchants do in Oaxaca, and the investments that they are making in smallholder producers and communities is inspiring, and the coffees they've been exporting are incredible. This lot comes the farm of Casimiro Garcia Lopez and their family farm in southern Oaxaca. In the cup, we're tasting the deep, layered sweetness we often expect from this region, with notes of date and candied almond, but balanced and brightened with notes of juicy red apple and peach.
