About This Coffee

Nano Genji comes from the town of Agaro and is one of our favorite Ethiopian coffees each year. Nano Genji is a relatively new washing station that was born out of the overwhelming success of its sibling washing station, Nano Challah. The quality of coffee is partly a result of leadership and guidance provided through the Kata Muduga Union. Between these two washing stations, they are able to work with 630 members. We’re excited for the continued growth and success in Agaro and what this will mean for future harvests. In the cup we taste nectarine and tangerine, which are accompanied by a slick mouth feel that leaves us with a delicate yet creamy finish reminiscent of Oolong Tea.
