About This Coffee
One of my current favorites in the line-up! Allow this exciting one to help you get through winter. It reminds me of those blueberry and vanilla cremesaver candies with a fruit cocktail/sangria like taste to it. Though fruit forward and complex, it’s still very approachable with lower acidity in the cup. And the name of the coffee is just so fun and relaxing to say! Wush Wushhhh. This microlot comes from the renowned coffee expert Israel Degafa and the coffee undergoes a 96 hour fermentation period that enhances the fruity sweetness in the coffee. The name Wush Wush comes from the rare variety of coffee this is. Named after the original region in Ethiopia where it was discovered, Wushwush, in the south western part of Ethiopia. It’s often noted for having a very candy bubblegum-like sweetness and a silky smooth berry taste to it, often accompanied by delicate florals.
