Grown in the western-most region of Ethiopia, Limu coffees tend to be a bit more robust in flavor than their counterparts in Yirgacheffe or Guji. This washed coffee has a flavor profile that is pleasantly earthy and spicy, with an floral aftertaste that lingers on the palate. Expect notes of green grape and cinnamon, with a mild plum-like acidity.
