The body and sweetness are the successful ingredients of this coffee: the taste is almost cloying with a note of cherry and honey, even more evident when extracted with the espresso method. The initial acidity, on the other hand, recalls the red apple. Medium-high body, excellent structure and a decidedly juicy and syrupy mouthfeel.
