This late-harvest Honduran offering is a delicious blend of different processing experiments from a renowned producer's farm. We were lucky enough to be allocated a couple for ourselves! Delicious, fruity and unique, this is a coffee that tastes washed but with a little extra punch from the experimental processes. Berries and fruit snacks and caramely sweet, yum!
