The Colombia La Facari was carefully roasted for you by Ceremony Coffee Roasters. This Red Honey processed coffee was grown 1,720 meters above sea level by Francisco Cajiao at his farm, La Facari in the Cauca region of Colombia. This coffee was fermented in a sealed environment with limited oxygen before being dried, with about 50% of the mucilage removed. The resulting cup is fruity, floral, and clean with notes of watermelon, citrus, and papaya.
