Jaywalker is a blend of our most straightforward coffees from Guatemala and Brazil, seasoned with just a touch of something a little more exotic. At the moment, that exotic touch comes from both a Colombian washed coffee as well as an Ethiopian natural process. While its original design was for espresso, it's turned out to be an excellent all purpose coffee--tasty in any brew method.
