Our latest Colombian coffee was sourced from Finca La Pradera in Santa Maria, Huila. Farmed by the Cuellar-Garzon family, Finca La Pradera spans 6 hectares of land, situated at an elevation of 2,050 meters above sea level. Within this area, 3.5 hectares are specifically allocated for cultivating coffee. This Caturra-specific varietal coffee produces a sweet and approachable cup. Our meticulous roasting process ensures a captivating experience, with a delightfully balanced starfruit-like acidity. You will notice mild nuttiness reminiscent of toasted cashew nuts, complemented by a clean, long-lasting honey-like sweetness. Brew this amazing coffee as a single cup pour-over or use an Aeropress to highlight its complexity and quality.
