This coffee from Narino has rich body and texture alongside a sweet and fruity flavor profile. It can stand on its own or complement a heavy breakfast. Where most coffee producing countries have one coffee harvest, and possibly a second "fly crop" that is smaller and lower quality, Colombia's geography allows harvesting throughout much of the year, even within regions. Nariño is a region that we've found to have consistently sweet coffees; for that it's one of our favorites. This coffee takes advantage of the regions geography and allows us to purchase fresh green coffee at different points in the year. The different lots are composed of coffee from different farms, however, the coffee remains consistent thanks to our sourcing partner and careful selection of coffees.
