This fabulously clean and juicy natural processed coffee is farmed by ~1500 farmers around the woreda of Bule Hora (formerly called Hagere Mariam) in West Guji. They deliver coffee to the Gerbicho Rogicha private processing site, where it's graded then dried in whole cherry on raised beds for 20 days. The care and skill is unmistakable in your cup. And, FYI, it's pronounced ro-GEE-cha, with a hard âgâ like âgreat coffeeâ.
