About This Coffee
The 2020 / 21 harvest season is the first for Green Spring Coffee, a partnership between Ture Waji of Sookoo Coffee & Mike Mamo of Addis Exporter. These longtime friends and colleagues recently purchased land amidst some of the most coveted coffee farming areas in Ethiopia, let alone, the world. At 2300 masl, they are buying cherry from small landholders and meticulously processing lots in small and fully traceable batches. We are deeply honored to be among the first in the world to represent these coffees. This coffee comes to us from our incredible importer Osito Coffee.
