Roast House
Spokane, WA, USA
A herbaceous cup layered with notes of spearmint, Thai basil, rosemary, and lemon candy. Yep, it's a wacky coffee, but for those seeking something unlike anything else- this is one to snag a 100g sample of. This coffee represents our shared commitment to sustainability, equity, and innovation. This Centroamericano variety is grown in the Turrialba region of Costa Rica at about 1,200 meters above sea level before being processed using a co-ferment with a tea culture made from Eucalyptus- which makes up a portion of Aquiares' shade canopy on the farm. This technique lends tons of big herbaceous elements to the cup profile making it an absolute one-of-a-kind experience.
