Together with the coffee roasters at KAFFA, we set ourselves a goal of making the best breakfast coffee we could think of. We have been up early in the morning and tasted many cups of coffee to find the right combination between different coffee beans, perfect degree of burning and finely adjusted balance between fullness, acidity and sweetness. Our result was to combine three different types of coffee from Kolonihagen. A large proportion of Brazil gives the coffee fullness and a strong taste. Peru adds sweetness and flavor to almonds and cocoa, while coffee from Ethiopia gives fruitiness and a fresh aftertaste. Kaffa Oslo Coffee is full of wonderful flavors. The coffee berry ripens slowly in height before being washed, fermented and dried. When we roast coffee, we want to highlight the best and most unique flavors of each variety and origin. Therefore, the taste will also vary during the year, depending on the season and who has refined the coffee.
