About This Coffee

Primavera is one of our longest running offerings, returning after a two-year harvest setback mostly due to excessive frosts. The producing team is extremely attuned to rising industry standards, as they share a parent company with Ally Coffee, both principally owned by Ricardo Tavares. Access to innovation has created an enthusiasm at the farm resulting in expertly executed and unusual lots, such as this washed lot in a country where pulped naturals are the industry norm. Beautiful, sweet, and clean, Primavera is a focused and very drinkable coffee.
