This coffee comes from the very north of Peru, near the Ecuadorian border. It’s an Organic certified blend of the harvest from six farmers. In this area coffee producers often have plots of less than 2 hectares of coffee. The low volumes makes it impossible to export coffee as an independent producer. Therefore the producers have united to form a cooperative. This particular coffee includes the harvest of six coffee growers named "Cafetales". The whole processing is done by the producers themselves and is then sold to the cooperative Coopagro. Coopagro takes care of the removemend of the parchment and does the last round of quality sorting. We think this is the perfect "Daily Espresso". It’s easy to brew, bold and juicy as an espresso and has more than enough flavour to lift up your milk beverages.
