About This Coffee
We’ve named this coffee Kiwoon (기운)—a Korean word reflecting energy and strength, to cheer us on during the colder days. This coffee arrives to us from Berlina Estate, which derives its name from the wife of a previous owner, who was from Berlin, Germany. Located in the Boquete District of northern Panama, the 84 hectare farm employs 300 workers during harvest, who hand separate cherries to meet their high standards.
