About This Coffee
Pedro Flores meticulously cultivates this coffee in Villa Rosario, nestled in the Caranavi province of Bolivia. Located 180km from La Paz, the region’s high altitudes, fertile soil, and varying temperatures create optimal coffee growing conditions. Pedro’s El Mirador farm spans 10 hectares, reaching elevations of 1,500–1,670m. It is planted with heirloom Caturra, Catuaí, and Typica varieties, with a harvest season from June to October, peaking in June and July. The cherries chosen for this batch are carefully sourced from the farm’s highest elevation, fostering slow ripening and even sugar development, resulting in an exceptionally sweet coffee.
