Panama Geisha ‘Stratus’ by Morgan Estate. Jamison Savage is a renowned coffee producer and takes care of each plant with meticulous care. Stratus is a ‘natural carbonic maceration’ process and grown at an altitude of 1700-1850 masl. You can expect jasmine and hibiscus on the nose whilst in the cup pineapple, mandarin, raspberry, red grape, musk, cherry, lemonade and blood orange will tantalize your senses. Sip slowly and savour.
