Triple Five Coffee Roasters
Bratislava, Slovakia
You already had the opportunity to taste gesha here, it was their first attempt, first harvest, first harvest. Now it will be the second attempt, and it will be better coffee! It is processed naturally, so you can look forward to distinctly juicy fruit and sweet flavors of apricots and peaches, which even demanding coffee drinkers will definitely appreciate. Our Guatemalan coffee is direct from our friends at La SerranĂa Farm. This farm is located in the El Progreso region, in the Sierra de Las Minas mountains. In the highest part of the Sierra, there is a protected area with an area of approximately 100,000 hectares, which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its great biodiversity. The plantation is located in a rainforest environment, which is characterized by dense moist forest at an altitude from 1,300 meters in the lower part of the farm to 1,700 meters in the higher part of the farm. Most of the farm is planted with pine (Pinus Maximinoi) and Inga trees, which provide shade for the coffee plants below, as well as organic material used as natural fertilizer while preventing soil erosion.
