Our Sourcing Team also loves looking for those Colombians that have the dark fruit and there's loads of Blackberries in this lot! PROCESSING DETAILS: 2 Days of Picking are combined and depulped on the 2nd Day, then fermented in open air tanks for 36-48hrs in very little water.
