About This Coffee
A Single Origin Lot of Colombia is back! We're loving this lot from Aristides Guarnizo. Our Sourcing Team also loves looking for those Colombians that have the dark fruit and there's loads of Blackberries in this lot! PROCESSING DETAILS: 2 Days of Picking are combined and depulped on the 2nd Day, then fermented in open air tanks for 36-48hrs in very little water. Then it is washed 3-4 times until the water is clean. Farmers Message to the roaster: "This is literally the fruits of my labor, I hope the care and effort comes through and you will love the coffee"
