At Nektar, we love naturally dried beans and this blend allows you to explore them for yourself. With its fruity and chocolaty taste, it's the perfect balance between acidity and roundness. Fruit and texture that fills the cup. ORIGIN This coffee is a blend of two coffees, Jose Maria's Brazilian (the same as in La sève) and Nansebo Refisa natural, our natural Ethiopian from the Récolte series. ROASTING Brazilian coffee is developed enough to give texture to the coffee. It is the one that gives us the notes of nuts and chocolate. The roasting of the Nansebo Refisa is oriented towards the fruit while giving a touch of acidity. DRINKING We designed this blend to obtain a fruity espresso with low acidity. Great pleasure in the mouth, easy to extract, accessible to all. We prefer it as an espresso with a touch of milk (cortado, macchiato, cappuccino), or as a long espresso. It can also be enjoyed in a filter.
