About This Coffee

We are really happy to collaborate for the affirmation of these 25 coffee women, united in the San Alberto Coffee Cooperative. A Specialty coffee from Colombia, soft and rounded which does not betray the expectations of a pleasant and clean coffee. With citrus, chocolate and caramel notes. A very pleasant everyday coffee with good persistence and medium body. The San Alberto Cooperative has started a project with 25 women coffee producers from the Catatumbo national natural park area, on the border with Venezuela. All these enterprising producers guarantee that no synthetic pesticides and fertilizers are used, but only natural products. The process: The cherries are harvested only when ripe. Take them immediately to the San Alberto cooperative, where they are selected and pulped the same day. They are then fermented for approximately 24 hours and rinsed in clean water. Then dried in the sun on the patio until dry.
