Almanac Coffee
Brisbane QLD, Australia
Xingang Tea and Coffee, established in 2006 is located in a small town near the border called Fuyan, which is 35km from Yunnan province. It’s between 1400 and 1800 meters above sea level. The soil is made up of deep red and crimson soils, which are very suitable for coffee cultivation. Xingang has roughly 2700 local farmers to grow and process coffee through the establishment, with female producer Mei Zhao being the main producer and creator behind the operation. They seem super keen to continue growing their knowledge and reinvesting in infrastructure to keep quality rising.
