About This Coffee

Jose Laris has been a mainstay at Hyperion since opening in 2015. He is one of our oldest producer partners and we are proud to roast and serve his coffee with each new harvest. Since our first visit to his farm in 2016, we have seen him make many improvements to his coffee farm, processing equipment, home and add a general store to his property. His coffee is always a crowd pleaser with a classic profile year after year. Laris is a fun-loving guy and can jog up a mountain faster than we could ever dream of.
