Coffee: This box contains fresh roasted carbonic maceration natural grown at 2050msl at the station Koke Abraham near the Mele village in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. Taste description: Jasmine, white peach, nectarine, pomegranate, white sugar. Process/Variety: Carbonic maceration natural Ethiopian Heirloom. Story: Located near the Mele Village in Yirgacheffe and owned by our Ethiopian partners Primrose, this station is named after the manager, Abraham from Primrose. In their first year applying CM techniques, they have produced some incredible lots that we’re truly proud to share. Koke is also very close to the Konga Webanchi station, making processing logistics and the exchange of information a lot simpler. From the result of the 2020 harvest, we see spectacular potential for future harvests to come, and we know this region will continue to shine in quality. Processing Details: Typically, our Diamond profiles are made using CM Washed techniques. We are excited to present a super creamy Diamond profile dried as a natural after fermentation. This processing technique has given this coffee much softer and rounded florals as well as deep pear, honey and peach flavors. It comes from Koke station owned by our partners in Ethiopia: Primrose.
