Santa Elisa farm is located in the Chimaltenango region of Guatemala near the town of San Pedro Yepocapa. Coffee trees grow on the mountainside, on very rich volcanic lands near the Acatenango and Fuego volcanoes. El Fuego is one of the most active volcanoes in the world. The soil of San Pedro Yepocapa has benefited from reforestation of indigenous forests and cypress trees. Coffee trees thus benefit from a humid subtropical climate and a high altitude between 1600 and 1690 m. This prize won the 10th place in 2023 in the prestigious Cup of Excellence competition.
