The ETHIOPIEN Guji is a "natural-processed" single origin coffee from the Guji region. In summary, "natural-processed" means that the harvested coffee cherries with the pulp are dried in the sun for several days. Only then are the dried remains of the pulp separated from the coffee beans. This processing method allows a particularly large amount of fruitiness and sweetness from the pulp to penetrate the coffee beans. The ETHIOPIA Guji filter is characterized by its fine fruit aromas reminiscent of ripe mangoes and fresh peaches. The acidity in no way dominates, but supports the fruit and leads to a medium-strong coffee experience. This filter coffee will blow your mind and gently open up the world of "natural coffees".
