About This Coffee

Our Summer Coffee 2023 is an old favorite that is back. Lilith is a floral and sweet coffee with notes of cherries, nuts and chocolate. It is made on the Mundo Novo and Catuai bean types. The coffee beans have been dried in the Brazilian sunshine and are berry dried. These beans offer flavors from three Brazilian farms gathered in a cup with high aromatic complexity. Works well as brewed coffee, aeropress and becomes a fruity and sweet espresso. Tastes good with milk. This coffee is marked with the Denomination of Origin (DO) "Cerrado Mineiro", which means that they protect their production and the certified origin. This label confirms that the coffee has been produced within the limited area of the Cerrado and that it has the specific characteristics guaranteed by the geographical environment.
