We have selected a unique lot from a farm that we are all particularly fond of, Villa Ines from Colombia. We present you a coffee of the catiope variety, processed in a natural way. This coffee is an explosion of flavor and sweetness. Notes of mandarin, watermelon and vanilla will fill you up for a moment. Catiope is a variety of coffee that only 2 coffee producers in the world cultivate. It is a creation of the CENICAFE research laboratory in Colombia which combined a castillo and an indigenous coffee from Ethiopia to develop this new cultivar. We have the notes and characteristics of Colombia and Ethiopia. A unique and delicious coffee!
