Happy to offer a coffee from Panama. Not often seen as a single origin around here but I'm happy to have these land in our laps. If Guatemala and Costa Rica are the ones you go for Panama can be equally as bright and diverse. While I think the Guat's tend to own the chocolate lane the Panama owns the "I like african coffees and wish central america could do that ethiopia bright thing too" (which nobody said ever). There's a real pristine clean nature to this coffee with a focus on it being sweet moreso than any taste note. Just one of those "it's a really good cup of coffee" for the people that don't know the fruit bomb thing. Read that as it's approachable but don't read that as bland. I will say within the approachable angle there's some toasted caramel/almond thing going on with an ear more towards sugary than toasty. There was a slight fruit tone as it cooled but I wouldn't say it's super fruity. Just all around solid top end craft coffee.
