About This Coffee

This lot comes from the Korofeigu cooperative in Papua New Guinea. After the cherries have been hand-picked, they are then mechanically pitted, washed and sun-dried. The breathtakingly fertile soil of Papua Island ensures that the coffee has rich flavours. This coffee is a true winter coffee: notes of herbs and fruit, with a mild citrus flavour and a round, juicy body.
