About This Coffee

This coffee is the result of the second year of collaboration with La Karola and the Victoire project. This year Steven and Abel wanted to produce a natural as “clean” as possible. Something that offers the best of a washed and a natural. To do this they really work hard to control the fermentation and drying. So we present a coffee that offers notes that generally correspond to a natural process but with the delicacy of a washed coffee.
