About This Coffee

San Jacinto, just under seven acres, is owned by the Mayan Perez family. Rainfall is low at under 40 inches per year on average. From their farm one looks nearly straight down over a thousand feet at the old Pan-American highway coming out of Mexico, wedged between canyon walls. The cup delivers a clean cup with sweet fruit caramel notes.
