About This Coffee

This single farmer lot was produced by Samuel Jimenez, from the northern part of the Cajamarca Region of Peru. The region is known for high elevations, diverse microclimates, and high-quality soil. We love it for its deep sweetness, and are so excited to have it in our lineup for the first time.
