About This Coffee

"The Glow of the Sun"—what a beautiful name for a microlot! The ripe cherries are first fermented in an anaerobic environment at temperatures between 15 to 20°C for about 10 days. After fermentation, the cherries are dried under the sun for approximately 30 days. Yunnan is located in the Coffee Bean Belt and is ideal for coffee production. The region is rich in fertile red clay soils with a pH of 5 to 6.5, creating a unique environment for Arabica coffee bean cultivation. Nearly half of Yunnan’s coffee is sent to Puer, which is considered the Coffee Capital of China.
