Or rather on the tongue. With our mixed gold, we were looking for a filter coffee that everyone always liked. Just right for breakfast or when you have visitors. Black or with milk. If you like it, also with sugar. That's why we mixed and roasted the beans until we had a coffee that tasted like caramel, almonds and chocolate. Which is well balanced and very sweet, has a rather strong body and tastes like a classic coffee. Coffees from Central and South America are made for this. They often taste like milk or dark chocolate and have a flattering, well-rounded drinking experience. In our mixed gold we use the directly imported coffees from our friends in Honduras, Costa Rica and Brazil - with at least 85 points SCA.
