Prodigal
El Cairo gesha is a lovely coffee with notes of orange, apricot, and a touch of blackberry. For this coffee, only ripe cherries were harvested, which were then sorted by density. After depulping they fermented for 30 hours before the final washing step. Drying took place over 18-24 days in raised beds, with regular turning.
