In fact, it didn't take us very long to start referring to the upcoming Pieter Keijsers' coffee as 'Special K'. And why would we change a great name for a great coffee?" Finally here, the Pieter Keijsers Brazil, anaerobic fermentation, aka 'Special K' Pieter: "In 2008, my wife and I bought a decaying coffee farm in São Sebastião do Paraíso, in the south of Minas Gerais. The farm is 1000m. above sea level. The region has an ideal climate for growing coffee. In the beginning we removed all the old plantations and started planting again.
