This wholly unique Colombian coffee hails from Finca Las Flores (literally “flower farm”), which has won several Cup of Excellence awards over the years (for their coffee, not their flowers). If you are looking for a classic Colombian coffee experience, look elsewhere because this complex and intensely fruity coffee ain’t it! The aromatics include powerful notes of black cherry, berries, tropical fruit, and tangy balsamic. All of these notes are just as present in the cup in the form of black cherry, strawberry, papaya, and balsamic reduction with a nice touch of bittersweet chocolate on the finish. This coffee is incredible, eye-opening, and not to be missed!
