About This Coffee

Nyakabingo is a washed Rwandan with the perfect balance of acidity and sweetness. On first sip we are greeted with a viscous Seville orange marmalade note which develops into soft grapefruit zest. As it cools the sweetness intensifies and is supported by a floral tartness that reminds us of hibiscus tea. The mouthfeel is cola-like and the finish is clean. This a brew we could sip all through the day.
