About This Coffee
The fruit of the coffee plant is called cherry and in Italian amarena. Coffee of great fruit intensity product of one of the oldest coffee families in Mexico that have economically developed Cosautlán. Carlos is the 4th. generation and has stood out for its innovation in processes, managing to gain Excellence in the experimental category. This coffee starts with a vibrant acidity of packaged cherry and can tend to cocoa nibs in a subtle way. It is a juicy coffee with a sweet but short aftertaste.
