About This Coffee
A very delicious Gesha from Colombia. Geshas are known for the delicate, floral, and tea-like profiles. It has notes of Strawberry, Tea Rose, Tropical Fruits, Papaya, with a Creamy texture. Anaerobic Process allows the coffee fruit to ferment for a while before letting them dry like a natural process coffee. This produces deeper, more wine and jam-like flavors.
