Figa Coffee
Wrocław, Poland
Peruvian San Fernando Lot 10 coffee was prepared by the Valle Incahuasi and Cooperativa San Fernando cooperatives . The cooperatives have a total of approx. 1,000 members who cultivate an average of 1.5 ha of coffee fields. 60-70% of the coffee on this flight comes from the San Fernando region. Fun fact: the Cusco region where this coffee comes from was once part of the Inca empire in Peru. The coffee plantations are located in the snow-covered Choqesafra valley in the Inkawasi district. Indigenous farmers follow in the footsteps of their ancestors, working in harmony with the natural environment. The crops are grown in the shade and special attention is paid to the health and irrigation of the soil so that the trees can thrive.
