What’s in the cup? We currently taste Candied Apple, Pecan and Dried Strawberry but there is plenty more to discover here. The aroma on a well-pulled espresso shot reminds us of a green apple with slight bakers spice. Once you let the cup cool down, you can really see where the dried strawberry comes through on the finish along with that pecan nuttiness. Although we built this blend specifically for espresso, it also shines as a delicous drip coffee or even a snappy cold brew! About this coffee: This coffee was built to be a juicy and complex espresso and that's exactly what we have here. Think of a lighter and brighter version of our beloved Night Owl that still works fanastic for lattes and cappuccinos. It took 6 months of blending and tasting coffees until we settled on these two beautiful coffees from both Guatemala and Colombia that accent each other in a great way.
